Your contact request is stored in our database (Neon PostgreSQL, hosted in the EU) and delivered to us via email through the Resend service (Resend Inc., USA). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Resend. The data transfer to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of requests addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) if this was requested.

The data you entered in the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after completion of processing your request). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Application Form

If you apply for a position via our online application form, we collect the following data: name, email address, phone number, desired position, earliest possible start date, salary expectations, cover letter, and uploaded documents (CV, certificates).

Uploaded files (PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, PNG) are stored via Vercel Blob Storage. Your application data is stored in our database (Neon PostgreSQL, EU) and forwarded to the relevant department via email through the Resend service.

Processing is carried out on the basis of § 26 BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act) for the purpose of deciding on the establishment of an employment relationship. If the application is not successful after the conclusion of the application process, your data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the end of the process, unless deletion is opposed by other legitimate interests.

Inquiry by Email, Phone, or Fax

If you contact us by email, phone, or fax, your inquiry including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
