We're looking for committed colleagues who want to help shape modern property management in the Rhine-Main and Rhine-Neckar regions, with flat hierarchies, clear responsibility, and room for personal development. We are based in Eschborn near Frankfurt, and in October 2026 we opened our second office at Weinheimer Straße 62–64 in Mannheim-Käfertal.

Our property managers look after homeowner associations, apartment buildings and commercial property across Rhine-Main and Rhine-Neckar, always two per property and with our own technical team working for both offices.

How our team works
Every building is looked after by at least two property managers, backed by our in-house engineering and accounting teams. Niklas Atzert describes what that looks like day to day.
