Our property managers look after homeowner associations, apartment buildings and commercial property across the Rhine-Main region, always two per property and with our own technical team in the same office.

How our team works
Every building is looked after by at least two property managers, with the technical team and accounting in the same office. Niklas Atzert describes what that looks like day to day.
