The people behind your property management.

Each building has at least two responsible property managers, all certified under § 26a WEG, and more for large properties. One is your main contact; the others know the same records, resolutions and open matters, so holidays and sickness never mean starting from scratch. Responsibilities are fixed before the handover.

Benjamin Böcker, Head of Technical Property Management, previously ran technical and commercial operations for the three ECB towers in Frankfurt, around 300,000 square metres, and before that was technical head of the four DZ BANK towers. He holds a degree in architecture and is a certified real estate specialist (IHK). His team assesses damage, reviews quotes, supervises refurbishments and draws up multi-year maintenance plans.

Ralf Hennig, Head of Property Accounting, is a business economist specialising in accounting with more than 30 years in property accounting. His team prepares annual statements, budgets and service-charge statements that an advisory board can trace line by line to the receipts.

Our head office is at Mühlstraße 36, 65760 Eschborn, between Frankfurt and the Taunus hills. Since October 2026 we also have an office at Weinheimer Straße 62–64, 68309 Mannheim (Käfertal), from which we look after properties in the Rhine-Neckar region. We only manage properties within reach of our offices, so we attend owners’ meetings in person and visit buildings before major works and after damage. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, we respond to enquiries within 24 hours, and the owner portal shows documents, the account with receipts and the progress of each request.

We plan maintenance over several years and tell owners early which works are coming and what they are likely to cost, so that large expenses do not arrive as a surprise levy. If a refurbishment is necessary, or a proposal from the owners will not work, we say so openly and explain why. For larger contracts we obtain comparative quotes, which our technical team reviews before they go to the advisory board or the owners’ meeting. Owners who prefer post receive all documents on paper; the portal is an option, not a requirement.
