Two offices
The responsible office is close to your property.
From our head office in Eschborn we look after the Rhine-Main region, from the Wetterau to Rheinhessen and from the Rheingau to the Main-Kinzig district. Since October 2026 a second team in Mannheim-Käfertal has covered Mannheim, Heidelberg and Ludwigshafen, the Palatinate as far as Bad Dürkheim and Neustadt an der Weinstraße, Sinsheim and Bruchsal, and the Bergstraße as far as Bensheim and Heppenheim.
Every property is looked after by at least two property managers from the responsible office. Engineering and accounting work for both areas.
