Your Responsibilities
- Independent financial accounting for our managed properties
- Preparation of HOA statements and business plans
- Account monitoring and reconciliation
- Payment transactions and dunning
- Help build and optimize our financial processes
- Close collaboration with the Property Management team
What You Bring
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in accounting, ideally in real estate
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office
- Structured and independent work style
- Hands-on mentality and excitement for startup atmosphere
Bonus (not required)
- Experience with HOA accounting
- Knowledge of DATEV or similar systems
- Interest in digital processes and automation
