Your Responsibilities
- Independent management of a portfolio (HOA and/or rental management)
- Point of contact for owners, tenants, and service providers
- Organization and execution of owner meetings
- Coordination of maintenance and renovation projects
- Preparation of business plans and statements
- Active involvement in shaping our processes and standards
What You Bring
- Experience in HOA and/or rental management
- Completed training in real estate or comparable qualification
- Certification according to §26a WEG advantageous (or willingness to certify)
- Strong communication and customer orientation
- Independent, structured work style
- Excitement for a dynamic startup environment
Bonus (not required)
- Experience with digital management tools
- Network of craftsmen/service providers in the region
- Additional qualifications in real estate
