You work with our property managers and get to know the day-to-day management of homeowners' associations, rental and commercial properties.
About Verto
Verto is a property management company based in Eschborn near Frankfurt. We manage more than 2,000 units, mainly homeowners' associations (WEG), plus rental and commercial properties. In October 2026 we opened our second office in Mannheim, and we keep growing fast.
We build our own property management software, UnitFlow. An AI pre-sorts incoming emails and documents. The system matches bank transactions to owners and drafts invitations, budgets and annual statements. That is why a property manager at Verto looks after more units than at a traditional firm, and spends their time where experience counts: in owners' meetings, on decisions and in conversations with owners and advisory boards.
The role
You work with our property managers and get to know the day-to-day management of homeowners' associations, rental and commercial properties, either as an intern or as a working student alongside your degree. We don't expect prior experience in property management. This includes:
- Helping prepare and minute owners' meetings
- Reviewing and recording documents when we take over new properties
- Obtaining and comparing quotes
- Maintaining and following up cases in UnitFlow
- Accompanying site inspections and on-site appointments
- Small projects of your own, for example analysing processes or portfolio data
What we expect
- Current university studies, for example in real estate, business or law
- An interest in property and in how property management works day to day
- Care: you finish cases completely and document what you did
- Fluent German, written and spoken
- An interest in AI-assisted work and in better processes
