Your Responsibilities
- Support the team with operational tasks
- Own projects in operations, marketing, or business development
- Research and analysis on market and competition topics
- Participation in process optimization
- Direct insights into founder decisions

What You Bring
- Current studies or recent graduate (Business, Real Estate, etc.)
- Hands-on mentality – you take action, not just watch
- Quick learner with initiative
- Good MS Office skills
- Excellent German, written and spoken
- Hunger for success and desire to build something

- First experiences in startups or real estate
- Knowledge of Notion, Slack, or other modern tools
- Interest in PropTech and digitalization
