You have first touchpoints with property management and want to develop professionally. At Verto, you learn from experienced managers and step by step take over your own portfolio. Once you independently manage the required number of properties, you move into the Property Manager role with corresponding responsibility and compensation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support property managers in managing HOA and rental properties
  • Step-by-step takeover of properties into your own portfolio
  • Communication with owners, tenants, and service providers
  • Preparation and support of owner meetings
  • Assistance with business plans, statements, and maintenance coordination
  • Active involvement in optimizing internal processes

What You Bring

  • First experience or training in real estate (e.g. real estate agent, career changer with relevant background)
  • Certification according to §26a WEG obtained or in preparation
  • Demonstrable initiative in property management (further training, certificates, first practical experience)
  • High motivation and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and service-oriented attitude
  • Structured, reliable work style

Bonus (not required)

  • First practical experience in a property management company (including internship/working student)
  • Knowledge of HOA law or tenancy law
  • Experience with digital management tools
