About Verto
Verto is a property management company based in Eschborn near Frankfurt. We manage more than 2,000 units, mainly homeowners' associations (WEG), plus rental and commercial properties. In October 2026 we opened our second office in Mannheim, and we keep growing fast.
We build our own property management software, UnitFlow. An AI pre-sorts incoming emails and documents. The system matches bank transactions to owners and drafts invitations, budgets and annual statements. That is why a property manager at Verto looks after more units than at a traditional firm, and spends their time where experience counts: in owners' meetings, on decisions and in conversations with owners and advisory boards.
The role
You work alongside experienced property managers and take over properties step by step until you run your own portfolio. This includes:
- Helping prepare, attend and minute owners' meetings
- Implementing resolutions and following matters through to completion
- Helping prepare budgets, annual statements and service charge statements, together with our accounting team
- Answering enquiries from owners, tenants and service providers
- Site inspections, quotes and contractor visits, together with our technical team
- Over time, properties of your own that you run independently
What we expect
- Completed training as Immobilienkaufmann, a degree in real estate, or first work experience at a property management company
- Basic knowledge of German condominium and tenancy law that you want to build on
- Willingness to obtain the certification under § 26a WEG if you don't have it yet
- A way of working where nothing is left lying around and every status is documented
- An interest in AI-assisted work and in better processes
- A full driving licence (class B)
