Your Responsibilities
- Independent property accounting for HOA and rental management portfolios
- Preparation of service charge statements and budgets
- Processing of rent and service charge bookings
- Operating and utility cost billing for rental properties
- Monitoring of incoming payments and dunning
- Account reconciliation and master data maintenance
- Collaboration with property managers and tax advisors
- Perspective: Building and leading the accounting team
What You Bring
- Experience in property accounting or real estate bookkeeping
- Completed commercial training (ideally real estate agent or accountant)
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. Impower, Domus, Wodis)
- Knowledge of HOA law and tenancy law advantageous
- Detail-oriented, numbers-driven work style
- Good German language skills, written and spoken
Bonus (not required)
- Experience with DATEV or other financial accounting tools
- Knowledge of annual HOA statement preparation
- Further training as certified accountant or property manager
- First leadership experience or ambition for team lead role
