Your Responsibilities
- Support with preparatory payroll and salary accounting
- Maintenance of employee master data and digital personnel files
- Assistance with onboarding and offboarding of new team members
- Creation and management of employment contracts and HR documents
- Research on labor law topics
- Support with time tracking and vacation management
- Participation in building HR processes and tools
What You Bring
- Current studies (Business, Law, Psychology, HR Management, or similar)
- Interest in HR, payroll, and labor law
- Careful and discreet work style (handling sensitive data)
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Organizational skills and self-initiative
- Excellent German, written and spoken
Bonus (not required)
- Initial experience in HR, payroll, or personnel management
- Knowledge of DATEV Lodas, Personio, or similar HR tools
- Interest in startup culture and company building
