About Verto
Verto is a property management company based in Eschborn near Frankfurt. We manage more than 2,000 units, mainly homeowners' associations (WEG), plus rental and commercial properties. In October 2026 we opened our second office in Mannheim, and we keep growing fast.
We build our own property management software, UnitFlow. An AI pre-sorts incoming emails and documents. The system matches bank transactions to owners and drafts invitations, budgets and annual statements. That is why a property manager at Verto looks after more units than at a traditional firm, and spends their time where experience counts: in owners' meetings, on decisions and in conversations with owners and advisory boards.
The role
Alongside your studies you work with our property managers in HOA and rental management. You take on your own tasks on real properties and see how owners' meetings, annual statements and tenant changes run when much of the routine is automated. This includes:
- Helping prepare owners' meetings: invitations, agenda, proxy forms and draft minutes
- Maintaining the resolution register and following up on implementation
- Obtaining and comparing quotes from contractors and service providers
- Supporting tenant changes: handovers, reports and documents
- Checking service charge and operating cost statements together with our accounting team
- Joining inspections and on-site appointments with the property managers
- Testing workflows in UnitFlow and suggesting what else can be automated
What we expect
- Current studies in real estate, business administration with a real estate focus, business law or a related subject
- 12 to 20 hours per week during the semester, more during the breaks if you like
- An interest in German HOA and tenancy law and in how property management works day to day
- Care: you complete tasks fully and document what you have done
- Fluent German, written and spoken
- An interest in AI-assisted work and in better processes
